You are not alone.

Our support groups are intended for adults who are experiencing grief and loss. We will be adding groups as we grow so check back often for more information about our groups.

At Hope Lives Here, we believe that healing from grief is not possible without surrounding yourself with others who understand your pain. Finding people you can lean on can be hard and often we don’t want to burden others with our pain.

When you attend a Hope Lives Here support group you will leave feeling a little lighter than when you came in. We will help hold the pieces of your heart together until you are strong enough to do it yourself.

Our support groups are "Open" groups. All are welcome and encouraged to share with the group, although if you chose to just listen that's fine too. Sharing your story is just one element in healing. Connection is essential. This is your time to connect with others who are walking or have walked in your shoes.

Current groups: 

Addiction and Suicide Loss - We want those of you who are suffering to know that we understand your plight, we've been in your shoes, and we know how much you have already suffered. Join us for a night of understanding. We'd love to learn more about the amazing person addiction stole from you, and we'd like to help you start putting the pieces of your heart back together.

Addiction and Suicide Loss Meeting meets at 6:30pm the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
Child Loss Group meets at 6:30pm on the third Thursday of the month.

General Loss (all grievers welcome) - Grief can be lonely and isolating, but it doesn't have to be. Whether your loss is recent or decades old, we offer support. an ear, and whole lot of hope and laughter. We are a community of grievers who are healing together by listening, sharing (if so inclined), and finding the beauty in the chaos.

General Grief meetings are the 2nd Thursday and the 4th Tuesday of the Month.

Child Loss - We would love to hold your grieving hearts for a bit...to help offer you hope where there is despair. Losing your child is hard. It's hard work to watch the world continue to turn while you feel that yours has been shattered. It's hard to watch the years go by and feel like your child has been forgotten. Or that your grief has been forgotten. At this month’s meeting, please bring in something that reminds you of your child or your pregnancy and let's share some happy memories with each other.
